Constant size and color. Works well for crafts. There is some small amount of extra wood debris in the bag and there is some issues with the whole size needing to be cleaned out before use because they didn’t drill them very well and you need to clean them up with some sandpaper or something, but overall they worked out and I used every bead with a little assistance. I made a popcorn looking garland with yarn, and these beads for cranberries. They worked out well, but seemed a poor value compared to what I could find at the craft store.
